専用サーバーから GCEなどに移行して勉強中です・・・
Ubuntu20 の apache で以下のエラーがおこりました。
Apache の rwriteengine が動いてないということで

tail -f error.log

Invalid command 'RewriteEngine', 
perhaps misspelled or defined by a module 
not included in the server configuration

以下のコマンドで動くようになります。

sudo a2enmod rewrite sudo service apache2 restart
